Gluten Intolerance

Wheat is the number one food source for people who have gluten intolerance. Individuals experiencing gluten intolerance are very sensitive to gluten, a protein substance, often found in wheat, oats, barley, and rye.

Wheat Intolerance

Wheat is a nutritious diet for lots of people. However, several people do not realize that the fundamental cause for a few of their illnesses can be caused by wheat intolerance. Aching joints, flatulence, bloating, joints pain, fluid retention, and eczema are just among the common symptoms of wheat intolerance that need medical attention.

Yeast Intolerance

Yeast is a kind of fungus organism that feeds on sugar and creates gas. This helps the humans to have a healthy digestive tract. However, excess amount of yeast would results to several medical conditions.

Lactose Intolerance

This occurs when the stomach or the digestive tract of the person could not break completely the sugar known as “Lactose” which commonly found in milk. People with lactose intolerance could experience several symptoms such as bloating, diarrhea, vomiting, stomach pain, nausea, and flatulence.

Food intolerance is typically diagnosed through a course of elimination, also identified as blind elimination. This is a process in eradicating particular food from the diet used to observe if the symptoms settle. But sometimes, it is very hard to recognize the foods that cause the problem as the signs and symptoms could appear 48 hours after consumption of the food. Blind food elimination can be done n long periods of time and the person must have long patience while doing so.
