HCG Injections For Weight Loss

Among the many weight loss products that have recently come out of the market, none have generated as much controversy as HCG injections for weight loss. If you don’t know the first thing about HCG, it’s an injection and oral-based product derived from the (human chorionic gonadotropin), which you can find in the urine of pregnant women.
While there are many companies that make this product, none of them have the support of the scientific community. Most doctors lambast the product for not having any weight loss effect at all, and any weight loss is derived from the accompanying starvation diet (to the tune of 500 calories per day), not from the HCG itself.
In fact, in 2011 the Food and Drug Administration itself issued a warning to several seven companies for marketing HCG injections for weight loss products as homeopathic products for weight loss, when HCG is a drug that hasn’t been approved for sale. They were also slapped with warnings for making unsupported claims about the effects of the product.
If you’re like most the people, you’re probably wondering if you should use HCG weight loss programs. As you can see from what we wrote above, you should NOT use it, unless if you only want to waste your money on products that don’t work.
If you really want to lose weight and lose it for good, we suggest you work on things from the inside out. We really think that obesity and being overweight are really just symptomatic of internal issues that have been covered up (or you were trying to cover it up) with food. Thus said, the most important step towards slimming down is to ask yourself how you got to be that overweight. You might be surprised that the answers have little or anything to do with how food tastes.
And when you already know the real reasons why you are overweight, go ahead and deal with them. Dealing with the reasons could be as simple as forgiving yourself for not to taking care of yourself enough and to say “I love you to that inner child.”
When you’ve worked on that part, it’s time to set some realistic weight loss goals. Get a piece of paper and really ask yourself how much weight you TRULY BELIEVE you can lose within a week or a month. Obviously, if you set a goal that you feel is impossible, you will never achieve it.
When you’ve set your goal, it’s time to choose a weight loss program (excluding HCG injections for weight loss). There are many of them out there and although we believe most of them do work, the most important factor in successfully using a program is YOU and no one else. That said, whatever program you choose, stick with it no matter what happens. Too often, people start a weight loss diet program and then give up after a few weeks. Then they start another program again and then quit. And they wonder why they’re still overweight.
