Keep drinking water. You have probably been told that a lot, and the truth is, it’s important. Most of your body is water, so you need to replenish your body. Not only that, but water keeps your skin supple and makes sure your skin doesn’t dry out, something you need to think about as you age.

Wear sunscreen. As you get older, the sun is not as good a friend as it once was. You need to be aware of your risk for skin cancer, but more than that, the sun can dry out your skin, as well as make it wrinkle from all the squinting you do. Use sunscreen to keep the harmful UV rays off your skin, and wear sunglasses so you don’t squint so much.

Don’t smoke. Smoking can cause strange dark spots, and it can also cause fine lines around your mouth. It is not a good habit, and if you want to be beautiful as you age, you are going to have to ditch the cigarettes.
